Welcome to We Print Tee Shirts, the print division of Tee Shirts Unite. By accessing or using our website, services, and products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Return/Refund Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Services Provided

We Print Tee Shirts provides custom screen printing services, pre-designed merchandise, and digital content (e.g., design files, templates) for sale.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: To access certain features of the site, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account.

4. Custom Design & Content Submission

  • Ownership & License: You retain all ownership rights to the designs and content you submit ("Your Content"). However, by submitting Your Content, you grant We Print Tee Shirts the right to use, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and for marketing purposes (unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing).

  • Content Restrictions: You agree not to upload or request the printing of any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

  • Intellectual Property Infringement: You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize We Print Tee Shirts to use all intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, etc.) in Your Content. We Print Tee Shirts reserves the right to refuse any order that we suspect may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of a third party. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the intellectual property in Your Content.

  • Design Approvals: You are responsible for final proofing and approval of all design mockups and proofs before production begins. Once approval is given, We Print Tee Shirts is not liable for errors in design, spelling, or color choices.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Orders

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment: We accept all payment methods, e.g., Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before an order is put into production or before digital content is delivered.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimates: Shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates only. We Print Tee Shirts is not liable for any delays in shipping.

  • Risk of Loss: We are not responsible for the loss of products ordered once we deliver to the shipping carrier (such as USPS or UPS), the ownership of the items, and the risk of any loss or damage during transit transfers to you. While we are not responsible for carrier errors, we will do our best to help you track down any missing packages.

7. Digital Content & Intellectual Property (Our Content)

  • License: When you purchase digital content from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for its intended purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our digital content for commercial gain beyond the scope of the intended license (e.g., you cannot resell our design templates as your own).

  • Copyright: All content on this site (excluding Your Content), including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of We Print Tee Shirts and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We Print Tee Shirts provides the website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We Print Tee Shirts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (c) any content obtained from the service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of our services will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, regardless of conflict of law principles. By using this site, you agree that any legal proceedings will take place exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
