At "We Print Tee Shirts," the print division of “Tee Shirts Unite,” we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Given our diverse range of products—from custom screen printing to standard merchandise and digital goods—our return policy is structured to address the unique nature of each item.

Please review the specific guidelines below based on the type of product you have ordered.

General Return Guidelines

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Proof of Purchase: All returns and exchanges must include your order number or receipt.

  • Return Process: To start a return, please contact our support team at info@teeshirtsunite.com.

1. Custom Screen Printed Apparel & Merchandise

Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns are handled differently from standard retail products.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color choice, or "change of mind". We rely on your final approval to ensure accuracy.

  • Defects/Damage: If the product you receive is misprinted, flawed, or defective due to an error in our production process, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification of the defect (we may request photos for assessment), we will gladly arrange for a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the item(s) minus the cost of shipping.

  • Customer-Supplied Garments: Customizing these items is done at your own risk. We are not liable for spoilage or print longevity on items you provide.

2. Standard Merchandise (Non-Custom Items)

This applies to pre-designed items sold directly from our website that do not involve custom printing.

  • Return/ Exchange: Within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Options: You may choose a full refund to the original payment method, an exchange for a different size/color, or store credit.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Digital Content & Downloads

This applies to design templates, digital artwork, e-books, or other downloadable content purchased from our site.

  • Final Sale: All sales of digital products and downloads are final and non-refundable.

  • Exceptions: Refunds are only considered in cases of genuine technical issues that prevent access to the content, which we cannot resolve, or if a duplicate purchase was made in error.

  • Acknowledgement: By purchasing digital content, you agree to this non-refundable policy once the download or access process has begun.

Shipping & Processing

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will send you an email notification once completed.
